At Health Roots we offer a variety of services to meet your health requirements. Each package includes one on one (online or in person) sessions where Rhona will better understand you and your health, diet, fitness, and wellbeing needs. You will gain a personalized hand tailored health plan alongside relevant information Rhona has researched for your health benefits. Each session also includes a follow up appointment, where you and Rhona can discuses your outcomes and make any necessary alterations to better your health.

Basic Service

Health Roots basic service offers a 1 hour online consultation, 2-3 information handouts (relevant to your health), a unique hand crafted health plan, and a 30 minute online follow up consultation (after 4 - 6 weeks). The follow up will also include an updated health plan and new information handouts as required.

Intermediate Service

Health Roots intermediate service offers a 1 hour face to face consultation in one of our bases in Stirlingshire, (Scotland), 2-3 information handouts (relevant to your health), unique hand crafted health plan, a 30 minute online consultation to share and discuss your health plan, and a 30 minute online follow up consultation (after 4 - 6 weeks). The follow up will also include an updated health plan and new information handouts as required.

Advanced Service

Health Roots advanced service offers a 1 hour face to face consultation in your home (Central Scotland only), 2-3 information handouts (relevant to your health), unique hand crafted health plan, a 30 minute online consultation to share and discuss your health plan and information leaflets, and a 30 minute online follow up consultation (after 4 - 6 weeks). The follow up will also include an updated health plan and new information handouts as required.

Follow Up Appointment

All initial appointments include a 30 minute online follow up after 4-6 weeks. Further follow-up appointments provide an amended plan and additional health information leaflets to meet your needs.

Follow up appointments are only available after purchasing a basic, intermediate, or advanced service and completing the follow-up included with that purchase.
