At Health Roots we offer a variety of services to meet your health requirements. Each package includes one on one (online or in person) sessions where we will better understand you and your health, diet, fitness, and wellbeing needs. You will be provided with a personalised hand tailored health plan alongside relevant information or recipes based on our research about your health needs. Each session also includes a follow-up appointment, where you can discuses your outcomes and we can make any necessary alterations to better your health.

Bronze Service
Health Roots Bronze Service offers the following:
An online consultation lasting 1-hour
An individualised health plan
2-3 information handouts or recipes
(relevant to your health)One 30-minute online follow-up consultation

Health Roots Silver service offers the following:
A face to face consultation lasting 1-hour in one of our bases in Stirlingshire or Inverness (Scotland)
An individualised health plan
2-3 information handouts or recipes
(relevant to your health)
One 30-minute online consultation to discuss your health plan
One 30 minute online follow up consultation
(after 6-8 weeks)
The follow up will also include an updated health plan and new information handouts as required

Gold Service
Health Roots Gold Service offers the following:
A face to face consultation lasting 1-hour in your home (Central Scotland or Inverness only)
An individualised health plan
2-3 information handouts or recipes
(relevant to your health)
One 30-minute online consultation to discuss your health plan
One 30 minute online follow up consultation
(after 6-8 weeks).
The follow up will also include an updated health plan and new information handouts as required.

Follow Up Appointment
All initial appointments include a 30 minute online follow-up after 6-8 weeks. Further follow-up appointments may address ongoing or new symptoms and provide an amended plan and additional health information leaflets to meet your needs.
Follow up appointments are only available after purchasing a Bronze, Silver, or Gold ervice and completing the follow-up included with that purchase.
